The benefits of growth points

The growth points were created to give something back to our loyal customers. It is important to us that our customers' experience is as pleasant as possible and we would like to encourage them to keep coming back to us.

That is why you can save growth points with every order. Each product in our range is worth a certain number of growth points. When your order is completed, the number of growth points earned is automatically transferred to your account. That way, you can always see in your account how many growth points you have saved.

You can use those growth points on your next order and the discount will be calculated automatically. This amount will be deducted from the total amount.

Earning

With every order you place on our web shop, you earn growth points! Each product has a certain number of growth points attached to it. You can find that number in the product description. When your order is completed, you will receive the growth points that you earned in your account.

Saving

On your next order, you can use the saved growth points directly and redeem them for a discount, or you can choose to save up the growth points. That way, you can receive a large discount in one go. Please note that growth points are valid for a period of 12 months!

Redeeming

You can redeem growth points through the shopping cart. During checkout, you can indicate whether you wish to redeem growth points and how many, and you receive a € 0.30 discount for every 1 growth point. Once you have redeemed your Points, the discount is automatically calculated and deducted from the total amount.

How can I earn growth points?

Each product has a certain amount of growth points attached to it. When you complete an order with us, the growth points you earned are automatically transferred to your account. You can save the growth points in your account and use them on your next order.

How much discount will I receive with my growth points?

- For each €10.00 spent you receive 1 growth point

- For every 1 growth point, you receive € 0.30 credit

How long are my growth points valid?

Growth points are valid for one year (12 months) from the moment you receive the Points in your account.

Can I save my growth points?

Yes, you can save as many growth points as you like. That way, you can receive a large discount in one go. Please note that your Points are valid for a maximum of 12 months and will be removed from your account after 12 months.

Where can I redeem my growth points?

You can redeem growth points in the shopping cart and they can only be used at Heijnen Plants. When you go to the checkout, you can indicate whether you want to redeem growth points and how many growth points you wish to redeem. To do this, you must be logged into your account. The discount is automatically deducted from the total amount.

Can I save growth points without creating an account?

No, it is only possible to save growth points if you have created an account with us. You can view the number of growth points you have from within your account and redeem them on your next order.
